FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCED, THERE IS SOMETHING FOR YOU.

  • Train under the format of one of the fastest growing sports in the world ‘HYROX’ - The world series of fitness racing.

    Including running, erg-work, sled-work, wall balls, burpees, farmers carry and sandbag lunges.

    ASCEND has an active community of both HYROX participants as well as those who simply love the training.

    We always make these sessions accessible by making running optional and weights scalable.

    HYBRID blends strength training with metcon workouts.

    If you want to improve your strength on compound lifts and build an engine at the same time, this one is for you.

    HYBRID is completely scaled to meet the individual where they are at.

  • ASCEND offers Jiu Jitsu training (Adults fundamentals - white to blue belt)

    Come and learn techniques that have real world application. Jiu Jitsu is great for building skills, fitness and confidence.

    We also offer a youth programme for ages 9-14yrs.

  • This class bridges the gap between Boxing and boxercise, focusing on fundamental skills while also achieving its main objective, helping you break a sweat.

  • ASCEND offers SPINNING with expert instructors with years of experience.

    We utilise Stages SPIN bikes, the best of the best (if you know, you know).

    FTP tests are also free and conducted on a regular basis in a group setting for those interested in maximising their output during these sessions.

  • Circuits includes a variety of interval style workouts, all scaled to your ability - meaning if you want to push the limits, you can.

    But if you also want to go at your own pace, this is a class where you can do just that.

  • A dedicated space for women to train together.

    Expect strength work, cardio, functional fitness and fresh varied workouts each week.

  • This is a competitive (ish), team based exercise class.

    Workouts change each week with a unique set of challenges in every session.

    We also use these classes as prep for those competing in team based events such as Superhuman Games and Deadly Dozen.

    That being said, its just a bit of fun! Come and give it a go.

  • Experience Sidmouth’s natural beauty while getting put through your paces!

    Fresh air, movement, team challenges, battling the elements and a good laugh.

    Locations for BOOTCAMP vary weekly and are sent out via our whatsapp community group every Friday.

  • These classes are tailored for those looking to support their running ambitions.

    We work through sessions which target the muscle groups used when running.

    Emphasis is on strength development, injury prevention, performance increase.

  • These sessions are a dedicated space for 65+yr old individuals to participate in strength training safely.

    No experience is required. Our trainers will walk you through technique and guide you at every step.

  • This class is tailor made for those working towards a triathlon.

    These sessions are not shown on the timetable and are limited to a certain number. Inquire with us about Tri-Training and we will put you in touch with coach Jon Miller who can provide more information.

    These sessions are suitable for anyone of any experience.

  • This membership includes unlimited access to all classes on the timetable, as well as unrestricted use of Open Gym (subject to the class timetable).

    You also receive access to the ASCEND Training Companion app for your solo sessions, as well as early access codes for all UK bases HYROX events.

OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIP

  • Access to Open Gym around the class timetable (off-peak) for solo training sessions, if the group class format isn’t for you.

    Induction session included.

  • £35 | No Contract | Cancel Anytime

    Includes optional Induction session.

    £10 optional bolt-on for use of the ASCEND Training Companion app to train on a program and ensure you’re tracking your workouts effectively.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • £42.50 per session on a pay-as-you-go basis by booking in manually each time you wish to train with your coach.

  • £230 for 6-sessions (£38.33 each) which can be used across 6-weeks or bi-weekly across 12-weeks.

  • £420 for 12 sessions (£35 each) across 12-weeks, or bi-weekly across 24 weeks.

1:1’s cost the same as 2:1’s at ASCEND Training Club, meaning you can split the cost if you can find a gym buddy!
